The Homeschool Programme is delivered through phase-based learning — covering the Intermediate, Senior, and FET phases — allowing learners to progress at an appropriate and healthy pace while developing the independence, confidence, and accountability they need for lifelong success.

How Homeschooling Works in South Africa
Understanding the legal and practical steps to homeschooling is important. Here is the process we guide families through before enrolling at Eunoia.
Make the Decision
Parents decide to homeschool based on the child's academic, emotional, social, or family needs. Homeschooling in South Africa is fully legal.
Register with the DBE
Before attending any homeschool support centre, parents must apply for official homeschool registration with the Department of Basic Education.
Choose a Curriculum Provider
Enrol with a recognised South African provider such as Impaq or Cambrilearn, who supply the lesson content, assessments, and exams.
Enrol at Eunoia
Once registered with the DBE and your curriculum provider, contact Eunoia to book a consultation and confirm your child's programme and start date.
What Eunoia Provides
Eunoia acts as your homeschool support centre — we don't replace the DBE, the curriculum provider, or the parent's legal responsibility, but we provide the essential daily structure and academic guidance that makes homeschooling truly effective.
